Winter Boots in Stock now!
We’re happy to announce our new winter stock at 39 Savile Row. In addition to all time favourites, we’ve also added some more edgy models to the Ready to Wear collection. The “Cambridge” is a clean Oxford with a punched cap on the MH 71 last. Because of popular demand, we’ve also added two models in a wider F width to the stock, the “St. James II” in Deco black on the TG 73 last and the “Kent” in vintage oak and dark brown alligator on the square Deco last. But with the winter weather coming, we want to focus on boots!

“Urban Commando Boot”

This model was first introduced to the G & G range last winter when we started a collaboration with the RAKE Magazine to design and make a boot that would be as rugged as it was sleek. A challenge that has not only turned out to be great fun for both parties involved but furthermore resulted in a lovely new addition to our boot range.

In fact, we were so intrigued by the new model, that we decided to include it in this winter’s Ready to Wear collection. Following the collaboration’s success, the “Urban Commando Boot” will be available in either a smooth vintage cedar calf that will surely develop a beautiful patina if looked after properly and a chestnut English grain that will give the boot a rougher and more casual look.

Whilst being derby boots sporting metal eyelets and speed hooks normally only found on rugged boots, the square Deco last the boots are made on, adds a sleekness unheard of for a boot of this calibre. The commando sole will help tackle any weather and terrain thrown at it.

“Arran”

Made from rich dark brown mole suede, this chukka boot will prove to be an ideal weekend companion. Along with high quality suede being a very resistant material, the Wensum rubber soles make it the perfect foul weather shoe.

Whilst being unlined around the ankles and therefore unbelievably easy to wear, the soft square MH 71 last gives these boots a clean and dressy look. This will allow the boot to look as sharp underneath flannel trousers as it will underneath a pair of jeans or chinos.

“Wigmore”

It’s difficult to find a boot more dandy than a balmoral boot that peaked in popularity in the 1920s and 1930s. We’ve rejuvenated this classic design by using two different materials, smooth vintage Rioja calf and textured burgundy highland grain.

Made on our iconic square TG 73 last with single leather soles, these boots can be just as dressy as any other Oxford or whole cut in fact. Being as clean as they are, they’re a great addition to any warm yet formal outfit, while the subtle change of material and medallion add some character to it.

“Burnham”

This make up clearly epitomises the pinnacle of elegance when it comes to dress boots. The sporting history and glove like feel will turn this boot into your go to model in a flash. Being made on our MH 71 last from vintage Rioja calf, these shoes will prove to be a reliable and extremely versatile part of your wardrobe easily dressing up or down according to your outfit.

Its understated elegance will manifest this boots position in any collection while the highest quality calf skin will age beautifully to ensure this all time favourite to look the part and bring you years if not decades of joy.
