SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.
  2. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
  3. Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.
  4. International Shipping Information is available upon request.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Stock Shoes

Shoes must be returned to us within 7 working days of the delivery date to your address, in the same condition as received, without any signs of wear or use, for return reasons, please take care when first trying on your shoes, try on a carpeted surface to avoid any marking of the soles, & avoid bending the foot to minimise creasing of the shoe.

Shoes ordered in the wrong size can be exchanged for a different size, but we do not refund shipping costs in this circumstance. The only time we will refund shipping incurred by the customer is if the goods we have sent out are faulty in some way, the fault must be reported to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods, after inspection at our factory, if perceived to be a genuine fault/flaw, a full refund will be given for the goods and shipping cost incurred.

Made to Order

Our Made to Order platforms allow our clients to decide the style, leather, toe shape, model, lining, size and sole. The pair is custom made for you so refunds or returns will not be accepted.
We highly recommend our clients to be sure of their size before ordering a Made to order shoe. 

Any changes on the order once it has been sent and processed, will have to be reported within 14 days from the date the order was placed. Otherwise the order will be in production and changes will not be accepted.

If the MTO you receive is faulty in some way, you will need to notify us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. As per on our RTW products, we will need to inspect the product at our factory. If we perceive to be a genuine fault/flaw, a full refund will be given for the goods and shipping cost incurred. If you do not report to us within that time, we will assume that you accept the goods.

Colour Variation

Please note that colours on our website will vary slightly depending how your monitor is calibrated. We do our very best to make sure all our images are true to the actual product you are purchasing but we cannot guarantee a perfect match every time due to almost limitless variations in home monitor set ups.

We work with natural materials (leather hides), each leather hide can vary and accept antiques creams/dyes differently, a slight colour variation may accrue, this is out of our control, we do our best to keep this as consistent as possible.

Cancellation of Orders

We have made our website as user friendly as possible, however we do understand that purchasing online can sometimes be awkward, if you do place an order incorrectly and need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, as goods may be shipped on the same day or the day after ordering. enquiries@gazianogirling.com

VAT (Taxes)

VAT @ 20% will be added to all UK orders.

E.U. Countries & the rest of the world are VAT zero rated. Recipients will be expected to pay TAXES/Duties on receipt of goods in these countries.

 As soon as the product is ready to be shipped, we will confirm address and shipment date of the product with the client. Courier information and Tracking number will be provided for every order as soon as the shipment is booked. If the delivery exceeds over 10 days from day you receive the shipping confirmation, you will need to report to Gaziano and Girling as soon as possible in order to open an investigation with the courier.  

The courier will do 3 attempts on the delivery before returning the parcel or abandon the product. If the product is returned to the U.K. and we have to ship it again, the client will be charged again for the shipping costs.

If you live outside the EU, please be aware our courier will clear your goods in customs, but there will be an import duty to pay to the courier before you receive your goods. This will vary depending on the country the goods are being imported into.
